Multilaw International FinTech Guide

Tilleke & Gibbins and other Multilaw member firms have contributed to the 2018 edition of Multilaw’s International FinTech Guide,  which covers 15 key business areas related to financial technology (FinTech) in 21 jurisdictions worldwide.

As FinTech continues to transform the banking and finance sector on an unprecedented global scale, Athistha (Nop) Chitranukroh, a partner in Tilleke & Gibbins’ corporate and commercial group and lead partner of the firm’s technology practice, and Nutavit Sirikan, an attorney-at-law in the firm’s corporate and commercial group, contributed to the guide’s Thailand chapter to provide clients and fellow legal practitioners in the jurisdiction with a solid overview of key FinTech applications shaping the future of banking and finance today.

The International FinTech Guide  covers payment services and mobile payment; asset and portfolio management; consulting and broking services; trading platforms; crowdsourcing funds; virtual currency; loan services and broking, factoring, and finetrading; online banking services; analytics and research, and data and risk management; accounting; identification; online pawning; InsurTech; RegTech; and initial coin offerings.

Tilleke & Gibbins is a proud member of Multilaw—one of the world’s leading networks of over 90 top independent law firms in more than 100 countries. Piyanuj (Lui) Ratprasatporn, partner and director of the corporate and commercial department at Tilleke & Gibbins, is currently serving a two-year term as chair of Multilaw.
