Tiziana Sucharitkul is the director of the firm’s dispute resolution and litigation group and is consistently ranked as one of Thailand’s leading dispute resolution lawyers by publications including The Legal 500 Asia Pacific and PLC Which Lawyer. She represents international clients in diverse industries including technology, financial services, consumer goods, luxury goods, and transportation.
Tiziana has earned the trust of her multinational clients by infusing her regional practice with a perspective that is global and integrated. Tiziana, a lawyer licensed and educated in California, previously practiced at the international law firm of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. Tiziana serves on the Board of Directors of the Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce and represents Tilleke & Gibbins as its representative to the American Chamber of Commerce in Thailand, the Singapore-Thai Chamber of Commerce, Lex Mundi, the Pacific Rim Advisory Council, the State Capital Group, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Known for her ability to develop strategies that not only address, but anticipate, clients’ needs, Tiziana promotes cross-collaboration within the firm’s practice areas and excels in managing multifaceted cases. Represented one of the world’s most recognizable fashion and luxury goods retailers in several commercial real estate disputes in Thailand arising from the disputed termination of a 30-year franchisee relationship. This representation includes negotiation and settlement of lease hold and commercial franchisee contracts with both the outgoing franchisee and the incoming franchisee partner, one of Southeast Asia’s largest and most successful commercial retailers.

Prosecuted several claims on behalf of two major Southeast Asian banks against various Thai borrowers and guarantors (claims total USD 72,000,000).

Represented a subcontractor in a construction dispute against the prime contractor of a controversial wastewater management project (claims exceed USD 33,000,000).

Recovered USD 38,000,000 for a foreign multinational, as well as a 25-year office lease in a prime Bangkok office building and a full release of the debtor's USD 46,000,000 countersuit against our client.

Prosecuted three civil cases totaling USD 4,000,000 on behalf of a major European manufacturer of sport and recreation equipment.

Obtained favorable settlement of a USD 660,000 civil case on behalf of one of the world's largest software developers against its Thai distributor.
