Biography

Thunwaraj Siribunyarit is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbin’s corporate and commercial group in Bangkok, where she assists international and domestic companies in executing their business and investment strategies. With special experience facilitating foreign direct investment, she offers valuable advice on a wide range of complex corporate and commercial matters to ensure clients’ compliance with local laws and regulations.

She excels in providing guidance on corporate setup and closure for different types of juristic persons, as well as managing applications for various licenses, such as foreign business licenses and promotional privileges from the Board of Investment. Companies that work with Thunwaraj benefit from her exceptional skills in navigating complicated legal requirements to ensure the protection and progress of their business interests.

Thunwaraj holds an LLM in International Financial Law from King’s College London and an LLB in Business Law from Thammasat University. She also holds an ICDL Data Protection Certificate, specializing in personal data protection. Thunwaraj is licensed by the Lawyers Council of Thailand and is a qualified notarial services attorney.
