Tilleke & Gibbins Welcomes New Capital Markets Team Led by Yaowarote Klinboon

Tilleke & Gibbins is pleased to announce the addition of Thai capital markets veteran Yaowarote Klinboon to the firm’s Bangkok office. Yaowarote joins the firm as a partner and head of capital markets, alongside four associates who also join the firm’s capital markets team.

With over 20 years of experience in domestic and international capital markets, Yaowarote is one of Thailand’s most prominent capital markets lawyers. She is experienced with securities offerings under Rule 144A/Regulation S of the US Securities Act, the Rules and Regulations of the SGX-ST, and with the requirements of the Stock Exchange of Thailand. She is also adept at advising public listed companies on general corporate matters, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions, and actively advises both issuers and underwriters on international and domestic offerings of equity and debt instruments. She is internationally recognized for her securities work with top-tier financial advisory houses and financial institutions, and is ranked by leading global directories including Chambers and Legal 500.

Yaowarote joins Tilleke & Gibbins from the Bangkok office of a leading American law firm, and has also worked with a boutique securities law firm, a leading Thai law firm, and as a legal officer in both the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

She is accompanied by senior associates Karinevidch Olivero, Phatamol Phisitbuntoon, and Sittiwate Jewsittiprapai, and by associate Wisara Harnchonboth.
