POSITION SUMMARY

Tilleke & Gibbins (Vietnam) Ltd. office in Hanoi is looking for a motivated and accomplished individual for its Regulatory Affairs Assistant position. This opportunity would suit a diligent and career-focused candidate who wants exposure to a high-quality caseload for world-class clients. The position is open to fresh university graduates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Regulatory Affairs and the firm’s management and associates on daily work tasks, including administrative and marketing work.
  • Assist in drafting regulatory advice on drugs and other products such as food, medical devices, insecticides, cosmetics, fertilizers, and agrochemicals.
  • Prepare administrative documents and review technical documents for consistency with ASEAN Common Technical Dossier (ACTD) requirements for drug registration and submit them to the Drug Administration of Vietnam (DAV).
  • Prepare application dossiers for other products such as food, medical devices, insecticides, cosmetics, fertilizers, and agrochemicals, and submit them to competent authorities.
  • Provide advice to clients on regulations related to the pharmaceutical industry and other life sciences industries, such as food and beverages, agriculture, chemicals, etc.
  • Liaise with competent authorities under the Ministry of Health (DAV, VFA, HEMA, and DMEHW) and Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to follow up on application dossiers as well as to seek expert opinions, and explain technical aspects of the application dossiers, etc.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
  • Fluency in English and excellent English writing skills.
  • Good analytical, drafting, communication, and research skills.
  • Good problem-solving ability.
  • Strong commitment to client service.
  • Strong case, client, and team management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Good computer skills on Microsoft Office.
  • High level of organization and commitment.
  • Good teamwork skills.
