The firm is seeking to hire a Junior Officer in Intellectual Property Investigation for its Intellectual Property Enforcement Department. The role involves identifying IP infringement and collaborating with law enforcement to address IP issues. A background in law enforcement is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Investigation for IP Infringement:
   • Research the market to identify IP infringement.
   • Collect and analyze evidence of counterfeit products.
   • Write reports on findings and suggest actions.
2. Collaboration with Law Enforcement:
   • Build relationships with local law enforcement.
   • Work with law enforcement to take action against IP infringers.
   • Represent the company in legal matters related to IP.

Experience and Qualifications:

1. Experience in IP investigation is a plus.
2. Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or a related field is preferred.
3. Fresh graduates will receive training.
4. Good knowledge and use of Internet, IT, and software applications.
5. Strong investigative and analytical skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Good discipline.
8. Good report writing and presentation skills.
