The Netherlands-Thai Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with the Scandinavian, Swiss, and Benelux Chambers in Thailand, is organizing a lunch talk about the Thai court system, with an emphasis on civil dispute resolution. Michael Ramirez, senior consultant at Tilleke & Gibbins, will examine the practical realities of litigation in Thailand, sharing insightful case studies that will illustrate the challenges and opportunities. Anyone doing business in Thailand needs to know how to defend their rights through the Thai courts.
After the lunch and presentation, participants will visit the Tilleke & Gibbins Museum of Counterfeit Goods. Housing a collection of hundreds of products that infringe trademarks, patents, and copyrights, the museum gives visitors important insights into the extent and consequences of the counterfeiting of legitimate goods.
The event will be held at noon on May 15 at the Bangkok office of Tilleke & Gibbins. To register, please visit the NTCC website.
