In the recently released 2021 edition of Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) magazine’s IAM Patent 1000, Tilleke & Gibbins’ patent practice in Vietnam was recognized with a gold band ranking—marking the fifth consecutive year that the firm’s team has been listed as a top-tier patent practice in Vietnam by the publication.
In its editorial on the firm, IAM credits Tilleke & Gibbins as being one of the largest patent filers in Vietnam and points out the firm’s impressive growth and expansion in the jurisdiction, particularly in key areas of intellectual property such as electronics, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and technology.
In addition to the firm’s office-wide rankings, a publication-high four individuals from the firm’s Vietnam offices were also recognized for their patent expertise.
The annual IAM Patent 1000 rankings are based on several months of in-depth research and market analysis conducted by IAM researchers. In the 2021 rankings, the publication also awarded top marks to Tilleke & Gibbins’ offices in Cambodia, Indonesia, and Thailand.
