  • Successfully represented a creditor in the Central Bankruptcy Court and gained the rights to sell an indebted company’s assets (including land, vehicles, and machinery) to repay the outstanding debt. Among other things, we assisted with the investigation of assets at the land office, the bank, and the opposing party’s local Thai office; collected the assets; drafted a petition to the execution department; and represented the client in court.
  • Drafted a master lease and service contract for a major department store in central Bangkok, comprised of 10 large buildings, in order to manage vendor relationships and protect the interests of the client.
  • Successfully negotiated settlement of a dispute valued at over THB 130 million (approx. USD 3.98 million) for a leading Thai real estate company regarding damage caused during a renovation of a unit. Following our strong representation, the opposing party withdrew the case, signed a compromise agreement, and paid our client in full.
  • Drafted a petition to the Thai Customs Department against a criminal case related to the importation of catering items, and successfully handled negotiations resulting in the client avoiding imprisonment and only being required to pay a nominal fee.
