Chonnikarn Phatanaveerangkul is an attorney-at-law in the Intellectual Property Department at Tilleke & Gibbins in Bangkok. Her main areas of practice include prosecution and enforcement matters involving trademarks and copyrights. She also advises clients on the worldwide protection and maintenance of trademarks and copyrights.
Chonnikarn holds an undergraduate degree from Thammasat University, where she won the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition national round in 2015, and graduated with a Certificate of Appreciation in Recognition of Outstanding Contribution to the University by the dean. She also holds an LL.M from the University of California, Berkeley, where she was selected to be a Berkeley Law Ambassador and a member of the blockchain club. She has also received a Certificate of Specialization in Law and Technology from UC Berkeley, and a Certificate of Advanced Legal Studies in IP, Arbitration and International Trade, from the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
