Biography
Nguyen Thi Huong Nguyen is an associate with the Tilleke & Gibbins corporate and commercial team, based in the Hanoi office. She advises clients on technology, media and telecommunications (TMT), blockchain, and broader corporate and regulatory matters in Vietnam. Her practice includes supporting clients with compliance strategies, cross-border commercial activities, corporate governance, and the structuring of new technology-driven products and services.
Nguyen’s strong sector knowledge and regulatory expertise make her a trusted adviser to clients in fast-evolving industries. She holds an LLB in International Trade and Business Law from Hanoi Law University and is admitted to the Hanoi Bar Association.
