Parames Chokelumlerd is an associate at Tilleke & Gibbins in Bangkok, specializing in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate law. He advises listed and private companies on securities offerings and transactional matters, including preparation and review of documentation for warrant and debenture issuance, private placements, right offerings, and initial public offerings (IPOs). He also assists in conducting legal due diligence and ensuring compliance with the regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
