Jitkeerati Kulsomboon is an associate of Tilleke & Gibbins’ corporate and commercial department in Bangkok. He advises businesses on corporate legal matters, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and commercial transactions, providing comprehensive and practical legal advice with thorough consideration of commercial viability. He specializes in providing both deep and comprehensive legal advice tailored to each client’s unique commercial needs.
Prior to joining Tilleke & Gibbins, Jitkeerati worked with multiple boutique law firms in Thailand, providing legal advice and assistance to corporate clients in a variety of fields and industries, ranging from solar energy corporations to major infrastructure conglomerates.
Jitkeerati holds an LLB in Business Law from Thammasat University.
- Assisted an automotive company in a THB 750 million (approx. USD 22 million) facilities agreement with one of the largest banks in China to finance an electric vehicle battery assembly plant in Thailand.
- Assisted a solar energy company in a power purchase agreement with a leading retail business operator in Thailand for an installation of a 100 MW solar rooftop at its retail stores across Thailand.
- Assisted a solar energy company with over 100 MW of rooftop and ground-mounted solar power purchase agreements with a leading tire manufacturer in Thailand.
- Assisted a special-purpose vehicle of a major Thai airline, a large infrastructure company, and a leading engineering and construction company in relation to the construction, development, and special privileges of a development project for an international airport in Thailand’s Eastern Economic Corridor.
