Palapoom Mattayomchan is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ corporate and commercial group in Bangkok. Prior to joining Tilleke & Gibbins, Palapoom worked in the Bangkok office of an international law firm. Palapoom holds an LLB in Business Law from Thammasat University.
- Conducted comprehensive land due diligence, analyzing land title deed issuance history, zoning, mortgages, servitudes, cadastral maps, access routes, land and building tax records, and litigation records for large-scale real estate and industrial projects.
- Represented clients in land and condominium ownership transfer, mortgage, and land lease registration before Thailand’s Land Department.
- Assisted clients in submitting applications in relation to the acquisition of land in an industrial estate with the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand.
- Assisted in preparing regulatory advice on franchising, trademark registration, and manufacturing operations, enabling clients to navigate Thailand’s legal framework efficiently.
- Assisted in reviewing land sales and purchase agreements and land lease agreements.
- Conducted legal research on real estate regulations and Supreme Court decisions.
