Biography

Jina Lee is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ dispute resolution practice in Bangkok. She provides legal counsel and representation in civil and criminal litigation matters, advising both domestic and international clients across diverse industries.

Her practice encompasses a wide array of legal disputes, including those related to contractual obligations, insurance, tortious liability, labor and employment matters, criminal offenses, customs and trade issues, as well as bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings. Jina works in close collaboration with the firm’s litigation teams to develop and execute strategic legal solutions that support clients’ business objectives while navigating the complexities of Thailand’s legal system.

Jina is responsible for conducting legal research, preparing case documentation, translating key legal materials, assisting in witness preparation, and liaising with courts, regulatory authorities, and government agencies. Her methodical and client-focused approach delivers thorough and effective legal support throughout each stage of the dispute resolution process.

Jina holds an LLB from Chulalongkorn University.
