My Ha Le is an associate with T&G Law Firm LLC (TGVN), a licensed law firm and IP agent that partners with Tilleke & Gibbins for local IP filings and litigation in Vietnam. Ha My’s practice focuses on arbitration and complex commercial litigation. She advises clients on disputes across a range of industries and areas, including construction, banking, tax, and commercial contracts, and has experience representing state-owned enterprises, multinational corporations, and foreign investors in high-value disputes before both international arbitration tribunals and Vietnamese courts.
Before joining Tilleke & Gibbins, Ha My was a key member of the dispute resolution team of a top-tier Vietnamese law firm. and served an internship with the United Nations Development Programme in New York. She holds an MSc in International Law and Business (First Class Honors) from University College Dublin, where she was a recipient of the prestigious Ireland Fellows Programme full-ride scholarship. With international training and extensive arbitration experience, Ha My brings clients both local insight and a global perspective in resolving complex disputes.

- Advised a Vietnamese state-owned bank in a construction arbitration case with a total dispute value of USD 131 million, coordinating with cross-border counsel and technical experts. Successfully achieved an amicable settlement.
- Advised a multinational group in a USD 70 million tax dispute concerning natural resources. Developed litigation strategy and drafted submissions, contributing to favorable rulings that reduced potential tax liabilities and safeguarded future investment plans.
- Advised a Korean corporation in a USD 100 million EPC construction arbitration case. Coordinated with engineers and international counsel, leading to a successful amicable settlement.
- Advised a Vietnamese state corporation in the automotive industry in a shareholder dispute. Structured legal arguments and evidence presentation to protect shareholder interests.
- Advised a Vietnamese state-owned bank on litigation and claim-related matters related to a USD 450 million real estate M&A project. Conducted legal due diligence and reviewed transaction structures, enabling the client to successfully proceed with investment and regulatory compliance.
