Chayakorn Boonsri is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ corporate and commercial department in Bangkok. As a legal practitioner with sharp legal acumen and commercial insight across a wide range of industries, he is well versed in advising both Thai and international companies, providing practical and strategic counsel tailored to each client’s business needs.

Chayakorn regularly works with other specialists on complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, covering the full spectrum of the deal process—conducting legal due diligence, analyzing structures, supporting negotiations, and preparing all necessary transaction documents. His comprehensive legal skills ensure efficient and effective deal execution.

Prior to joining Tilleke & Gibbins, Chayakorn worked in two other prominent law firms in Bangkok, where he worked on project financing, corporate and M&A transactions, real estate matters, and foreign investment. Chayakorn holds an LLB from Chulalongkorn Unviersity and is licensed by the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
