She advises Thai and international clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions, legal compliance, foreign investment, and cross-border transactions. She regularly leads legal due diligence exercises and negotiates key commercial agreements in M&A deals, offering strategic legal solutions tailored to each transaction.

Ploy has extensive experience advising clients on corporate structuring, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, and asset and share acquisitions across diverse industries, including consumer goods, food and beverages, real estate, energy, technology, and manufacturing. She is recognized for her commercially minded, solutions-oriented approach and her ability to navigate complex regulatory environments to support successful deal execution.

Prior to joining Tilleke & Gibbins, Ploy was a senior associate at a leading law firm in Bangkok, where she played a key role in high-profile M&A and capital markets transactions. She holds an LLB from Chulalongkorn University and is licensed by the Lawyers Council of Thailand. She is also an extraordinary member of the Thai Bar Association.
