Phattaraphon Phongkhan is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ intellectual property department, based in the Bangkok office. Phattaraphon assists clients across various industry sectors with trademark-related services, including conducting searches, preparing and filing applications, making amendments, handling disclaimers, and managing renewals. His adaptable approach allows him to work effectively with local, regional, and international businesses to enhance the value of their intellectual property assets.
He also provides guidance on pre-litigation intellectual property issues, such as drafting appeal petitions, filing oppositions and cancellations, preparing counterstatements, and submitting appropriate responses to the Registrar or the Board of Trademarks.
Phattaraphon holds an LLB from Chulalongkorn University, and is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
- Advised clients on filing trademark application as well as securing their rights at the prosecution stage in Thailand with the Thai Trademark Office.
