Biography

Sirapat Petsawang is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ intellectual property department in Bangkok, where she advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of IP matters, including trademark prosecution, enforcement, and litigation. She has particular experience in handling complex disputes involving trademark infringement and regularly supports clients in developing strategic legal solutions tailored to their commercial objectives.

Sirapat holds an LLB from Chulalongkorn University, where she specialized in business law, and a BA from the same institution. Fluent in Thai and English and proficient in Japanese, she brings a multilingual and multidisciplinary approach to her practice, enabling her to effectively serve clients across diverse industries and jurisdictions.
