Thitaporn Sutjiadi is a consultant in Tilleke & Gibbins’ intellectual property department, providing advice to international and domestic clients regarding patent registration in Thailand.

Thitaporn focuses on a wide range of matters relating to patent protection, including conducting patent searches and providing patent watch services, registering patents, analyzing office actions, providing legal advice to overcome different objections from patent examiners, and handling other patent-related matters. Additionally, she performs patent maintenance and recordations, including renewals, assignments, mergers, and changes of name and address.

Prior to working as a consultant at Tilleke & Gibbins, she gained an array of experience as a paralegal in the firm’s intellectual property department, where she worked closely with experienced lawyers on various patent-related matters. Now as a versatile consultant, she continues to provide clients with guidance on the full spectrum of patent-related procedures in Thailand.
