Prior to joining Tilleke & Gibbins, Ratchapat worked as a senior legal officer at a leading thermal power plant located in Laos, and as a contract drafting officer for an offshore petroleum exploration and production company in Myanmar. As a qualified Thai lawyer, Ratchapat offers clients practical advice, in both Thai and English, in relation to energy laws and regulations, as well as corporate contracts and other commercial matters.
Ratchapat holds an LLB from Prince of Songkla University and an LLM in Energy and Environmental Law from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
