Napas Limpunyalert is an associate in the intellectual property department at Tilleke & Gibbins in Bangkok. Napas provides patent and design patent application support before, throughout, and after the registration process. Napas offers legal advice and assistance to domestic, regional, and multinational companies of all sizes, and provides guidance on technical and administrative issues. Her services also include weighing legal strategies, providing legal opinions in response to clients’ requests for advice, and analyzing potential solutions to clients’ intellectual property-related challenges.

Napas obtained her LLB from Thammasat University and has studied intellectual property and legal history at Harvard University’s Summer School. As a law student Napas and her student team won multiple national level moot court competitions and represented Thailand in an international competition. Napas is fluent in Thai and English.
