  • Assisted clients by suggesting amendments to the goods list and other elements of their trademark applications to ensure they receive maximum protection under Thai law.
  • Acted for a multinational brand in enforcing its IP rights against a trademark infringer by drafting cease-and-desist letters, researching potential legal strategies, and cooperating with authorities to seize infringing goods.
  • Conducted trademark searches to assess uniqueness of clients’ marks and determine probability of successful registration, and suggested changes to increase the chances of securing registration.
  • Helped a company secure its trademark by filing an appeal to a rejection from the Department of Intellectual Property and a further complaint with Thailand’s Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court.
