Nada Songsasen is a consultant for Tilleke & Gibbins’ Myanmar practice. She has extensive experience in assisting clients with various matters related to Myanmar laws, including foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, joint ventures, and other corporate matters. Her clients include well-known multinationals, leading Thai corporations, and government agencies.

Prior to joining Tilleke & Gibbins, Nada worked at a leading international law firm in Thailand specializing in Myanmar direct investment.

With her diverse background and experience, Nada has also been invited to speak at numerous events organized by private organizations and government agencies. She is also involved in the Myanmar Legal Study Project of the Office of Council of State of Thailand, with her main areas of study in this project including foreign investments, investment promotion, telecommunication business, and labor laws in Myanmar.

Nada received her law degree from Bangkok University. She is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand, and an extraordinary member of the Thai Bar Association.
