Sorawit Partomtanasarn is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ corporate & commercial group, where his broad expertise covers a range of financial and corporate matters.

Sorawit draws on his extensive legal experience to assist companies with strategic corporate and commercial activities by drafting and reviewing contracts (e.g., token purchase and share purchase agreements, loan and lease agreements, service and employment agreements, etc.), advising on fintech law (e.g., cryptocurrency, payment services, etc.), conducting due diligence in advance of business transactions, and researching and writing about significant legal and regulatory developments affecting business operations in Thailand.

Sorawit is also an accomplished litigator, with experience handling criminal litigation concerning financial misappropriation, defamation, and document fraud, as well as civil litigation concerning matters such as breach of contract, consumer protection, and business rehabilitation.

Sorawit holds an LLB from Thammasat University, an LLM in International Trade Law from the University of Leeds, and an LLM in Banking and Finance Law from Queen Mary University of London.
