Vorathep Sachdev is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ Bangkok and Yangon offices. In addition to regularly advising domestic and international companies in life sciences and other industries on a broad range of regulatory compliance matters, Vorathep also provides clients with insights into the intersection of law and business, and how to capitalize on such opportunities in the dynamic markets of Southeast Asia. He serves clients across a range of matters related to commercial transactions, compliance and investigations, corporate services, and intellectual property in both Thailand and Myanmar.
Vorathep graduated from Thammasat University, where he earned his LLB with First-class Honors. He later received the Australia Awards Scholarship to study at the University of Melbourne, where he graduated with an LLM, specializing in Health Law. While studying, he founded the AVIAF Society, a social project hub, and the Thammasat Pro Bono Society, where he conducted research on compliance matters and human rights. Vorathep is also an AFC ‘C’ Licensed Football Coach and enjoys coaching during his free time.
