Tuan Tai Nguyen is a patent executive with T&G Law Firm LLC (TGVN), a licensed law firm and IP agent that partners with Tilleke & Gibbins for local filings in Vietnam. He regularly advises clients about the formal requirements for patent applications when entering into the Vietnam national phase, and assists with preparing and translating descriptions, claims, abstracts and drawings of patent applications and related documents into Vietnamese. He further assists clients to deal with office actions in the substantive examination stage of prosecution.
A graduate of the Hanoi University of Technology, Tuan focuses his practice primarily on the technical fields of electronics and communication, mechanics and structures, and information technology.
