Ornsiree is a manager in the knowledge and research management department at Tilleke & Gibbins’ headquarters in Bangkok. Her main responsibility is to develop and implement the firm's knowledge management strategy across all our offices in Southeast Asia. She leverages the firm’s extensive library of materials, experience, and precedent documents to manage a centralized knowledge system for fostering collaboration, improving efficiency, optimizing technology, and incentivizing participation by lawyers and staff.

Ornsiree oversees Tilleke & Gibbins’ physical and digital library in the firm’s Bangkok office, as well as the library’s legal research function, providing assistance to lawyers and staff with sourcing, identifying, updating, and summarizing legal content and developments. This includes regular coordination with external parties, including government agencies and regulators, and ensuring the effective management of all library activities.
