Papitchya Supinananda is a manager in Tilleke & Gibbins’ records and risk management department. She identifies and manages record-keeping related risks by improving the firm’s record-keeping governance framework and raising awareness of the importance of records among firm personnel. She also responds to clients’ compliance questionnaires and researches and compiles relevant guidelines to ensure the firm’s compliance with client policies and applicable regulations.

Her department is responsible for the firm's conflict-of-interest and filing systems and processes. They also maintain and update records in the firm’s database by coordinating with both legal and support personnel from various departments, across all of our offices, to obtain the most accurate information.
