Chongdee Netthanomsak is a senior associate in the intellectual property group at Tilleke & Gibbins. In her practice, Chongdee focuses on registering trademarks, carrying out trademark availability searches, assessing trademark registrability, pursuing oppositions and cancellation proceedings, obtaining renewal, and recording changes relating to trademarks (including assignment, merger, and change of name or address of the trademark owner).
Chongdee’s role involves serving clients’ trademark needs not only in Thailand, but also globally. In order to secure robust trademark protection for her Thai and foreign clients, she regularly collaborates with trusted outside counsel in various jurisdictions worldwide.
