Napat Siri-armart is a corporate attorney in Tilleke & Gibbins’ corporate and commercial group. He acts for both Thai and international clients in diverse corporate matters, including company registration, corporate advice, share restructuring, and business acquisition. Napat also specializes in foreign investment matters, such as applying for foreign business license and promotion privileges from the BOI.

Napat graduated with an LLB from Thammasat University and an LLM, focused on Finance and Tax Law, at Chulalongkorn University. He has completed a taxation course from Thammasat University in business taxation systems, and he is a registered notarial services attorney with the Lawyer’s Council of Thailand. Napat obtained his lawyer’s license in 2009.
