Biography

Siradapat Ratanakorn is a senior associate in the Tilleke & Gibbins’ regulatory affairs group in Bangkok.

She leads the firm's food team in Thailand and has extensive experience advising clients on complex novel food safety assessments and regulatory approval of novel food ingredients, food additives, food supplements, and conventional food products. She also advises clients on Thai Food and Drug Administration (FDA) registration strategies, product classification, labeling, advertising compliance, and market-entry strategies. In addition, she handles animal feed registrations with the Ministry of Agriculture.

Throughout her career at Tilleke & Gibbins, Siradapat has led numerous novel food safety assessment projects for leading multinational food manufacturers and ingredient suppliers. She regularly advises clients throughout the entire regulatory process—from developing regulatory strategies and preparing safety assessment dossiers to obtaining Thai FDA approvals and successfully introducing innovative food ingredients into the Thai market.

Prior to joining Tilleke & Gibbins, Siradapat served as a food technical officer at the Thai FDA, where she was responsible for import licensing, food registration, and product classification, particularly for food supplements, beverages, and food additives.

Siradapat holds an LLB from Chulalongkorn University and a BSc in food science and nutrition from Srinakharinwirot University.
