Siriwan Phentalay is a senior associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ intellectual property department. With 30 years of experience in the area of trademark registration, Siriwan is widely regarded as an expert in this field. She consults on trademark searches, trademark filing, and all stages of trademark registration, including appeal petitions and civil suits. She specializes in new applications for trademarks and service marks and in classifying the proper goods and/or services for trademark protection.
Siriwan is a member of the Intellectual Property Association of Thailand. In 2012, she completed the “Development of Specialist in Trademark Registration” course at the Thai Department of Intellectual Property.
