Pittaya Rattanatraivirat is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ intellectual property group. He specializes in protecting clients’ valuable trademarks by collaborating with clients to ensure that their marks are properly registered, renewed, assigned, and otherwise comply with the trademark laws of Thailand. An expert in the technical requirements of trademark registration, Pittaya served clients for over a decade as a trademark consultant and trademark executive with the firm.
Pittaya is a member of the Thai Bar Association as well as the Lawyers Council of Thailand. In 2012, he completed the “Development of Specialist in Trademark Registration” course at the Thai Department of Intellectual Property.
