Terdkiat Rujirawanakorn is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ dispute resolution department. He specializes in litigation and dispute resolution, with experience across numerous commercial and non-commercial disputes both escalated to the courts and prior to and during litigious procedures. He is adept at guiding clients through civil, criminal, labor, consumer protection, and arbitration proceedings, and he works to provide effective solutions and advice that bring the highest possible benefit to the client. In addition to being skilled at facilitating resolution of various commercial disputes between Thai and international parties, Terdkiat also has expertise in handling labor disputes and other employment-related disagreements.

Terdkiat has also completed the constitutional and administrative law training program organized by Tilleke & Gibbins and led by esteemed academics, former judges, and other accomplished legal practitioners in Thailand. He holds an LLB from Thammasat University and is a member of the Thai Bar Association and the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
