Nam Ngoc Trinh is an associate in the corporate and commercial group of Tilleke & Gibbins. Based in the Hanoi office, Nam specializes in foreign investment, commercial transactions, corporate services, and employment, and has particular expertise in construction contracts, where she has advised many top companies on negotiations in Vietnam. Nam also advises clients on compliance with Vietnamese laws and regulations.
Prior to joining Tilleke & Gibbins, Nam spent six years with some of Vietnam’s top domestic firms, where she advised a number of Fortune 500 companies on Vietnamese law. Her experience also includes a secondment to Korea, where she worked directly with a Korean law firm to assist its clients with their Vietnamese investments. Nam is a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association.
