Tilleke & Gibbins successfully represented XCL Education’s partnership with Mooltripakdee International School in Chonburi, Thailand. This marks a major step in XCL’s expansion into the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), one of Southeast Asia’s fastest‑growing economic hubs.

Founded in 1988, MIS has grown from a Montessori nursery into a respected Cambridge International school serving approximately 1,000 students through Year 13. It is recognized as one of the three largest international schools in the Chonburi–Rayong region, serving a diverse community near Pattaya.

Led by Charupat Boon-Long alongside Ploy Maneepaksin, Narita Sakunchotikarote, and Jitkeerati Kulsomboon, our team advised on all aspects of the partnership, including legal due diligence, structuring strategy, documentation, and closing.
