Dutsadee Dutsadeepanich Shares Insights in Young Arbitrators Forum Panels

On September 29, Dutsadee Dutsadeepanich spoke in two panels as part of the 8th Young Arbitrators (YAF) Global event of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Dutsadee appeared in her role as one of 89 regional YAF representatives around the world. Dutsadee, who was first named to the YAF in August 2021, is the only representative from Thailand in the YAF’s South Asia Regional Chapter.

For the recent YAF Global event, the first panel Dutsadee contributed to was titled “Know Your YAF – South Asia Edition!” while the second was titled “Tips for the Young by the Young!” In both sessions, she shared her extensive experience, laid out best practices, and addressed current topics of interest in arbitration.

The YAF is responsible for promotion of ICC’s dispute resolution services and development of the organization’s extensive network of members. The forum, which is open to representatives up to age 40, helps young professionals build up their skills and knowledge of alternative dispute resolution such as the ICC’s arbitral procedures and disputes services. The representatives also oversee events that offer young arbitration practitioners in the region the chance to foster connections with one another and to learn from experienced practitioners.
