The Asia IP  Trademark Survey 2017 has recognized Tilleke & Gibbins with “Tier 1” rankings in three categories across four countries:

• Myanmar: Trademarks
• Thailand: Trademark Prosecution
• Thailand: Trademark Contentious
• Vietnam: Trademark Prosecution
• Vietnam: Trademark Contentious

The rankings place Tilleke & Gibbins among a small number of notable law firms in the four jurisdictions, with no more than five firms ranked in “Tier 1” in each category. The trademark survey is based on written submissions and research interviews with numerous legal practitioners and clients. It provides an overview of preeminent trademark practices across the Asia-Pacific region.
