In Asia IP’s Trademark Survey 2016, Tilleke & Gibbins received “Tier 1” rankings across four countries:

• Cambodia
• Myanmar
• Thailand
• Vietnam

The rankings table in Thailand and Vietnam was divided into separate categories for “Trademark Prosecution” and “Trademark Contentious,” and our firm was placed in the top tier in each category in both countries.

The trademark survey is compiled through written submissions and research interviews with legal practitioners and clients. It provides an overview of the leading trademark practices across the Asia Pacific region.
