Kitti Thaisomboon, an attorney in the corporate and commercial team at Tilleke & Gibbins, will give a presentation on issues related to sexual harassment at an upcoming event hosted by the Embassy of the Philippines in Thailand. Kitti’s presentation, “Sexual Harassment and Labor Protection,” will examine the rights and duties of both employers and employees under Thailand’s labor laws relating to sexual harassment in the workplace.
