Tilleke & Gibbins has been named Patent Firm of the Year and Trademark Firm of the Year for Thailand at the 2014 Asia IP Awards, a set of annual awards conducted by Hong Kong-based legal publisher Asia IP. Only five firms were shortlisted for each award, and were selected based on nominations made by more than 5,000 in-house counsel in Asia and around the world. The firms that received the most votes in each country were announced at a gala event which took place at the PARKROYAL Penang Resort in Penang, Malaysia.
