For the 11th year in a row, Tilleke & Gibbins has been ranked as a “Tier 1” firm in Thailand for both “Trademark Prosecution” and “Trademark Contentious” by Managing Intellectual Property.

In addition to these prestigious rankings, the publication’s editorial commends Darani Vachanavuttivong and Alan Adcock of the Tilleke & Gibbins IP group as being “leading lawyers” in the practice. It also praises Sukontip Jitmongkolthong, citing one in-house counsel as saying, “[she] is competent, professional, highly responsive, and has a good grasp of the operating environment in Thailand.”

The rankings were conducted by a team of researchers who surveyed various law firms and obtained client feedback in over 80 jurisdictions. The Trademark Prosecution category looks at the filing of trademarks (and associated work) for clients, while the Contentious category focuses on licensing and enforcement.
