David Lyman, chairman and chief values officer at Tilleke & Gibbins, is to receive the “Phra Dulyathipat” badge from the Council of the Judge Advocate General’s School. The honorific badge is being conferred to recognize the significant contributions David has made to the Judge Advocate General’s Department via his role as a leading foreign lawyer in Thailand.

The Phra Dulyathipat badge will be presented to David at a ceremony on Monday, May 26, 2014, at 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Judge Advocate General’s School, Office of the Permanent Secretary of Defense, 8th Floor (Muang Thong Thani).
