Tilleke & Gibbins’ IP practice in Vietnam has been awarded a “Tier 1” ranking from Managing Intellectual Property  magazine, in the category of patent prosecution. The firm was one of just two firms placed in this tier, out of four tiers, and it reflects our strong foothold at the top of the Vietnamese IP market. In addition to this ranking for patent prosecution, Tilleke & Gibbins was listed among the top-six firms in the Vietnamese market for contentious work, with the firm receiving a “Tier 2” ranking in this area.

The results, issued every year in Managing IP’s annual patent survey, are determined from feedback obtained from law firms and clients in over 80 jurisdictions around the globe.
