Three lawyers from Tilleke & Gibbins’ Hanoi office have been invited by the Vietnam Bar Federation to teach a full-day course on intellectual property law. Managing Director Tom Treutler and attorneys Loc Xuan Le and Linh Thi Mai Nguyen will speak to VBF members on the following topics:

• Regulations of Vietnamese law on protecting intellectual property rights (IPRs)
• Enforcement of international conventions on IPR protection
• Enforcement and protection of IPRs in Vietnam during the process of global and regional economic integration

The course is part of an ongoing series aimed at elevating the legal skills of Vietnamese lawyers, and will be taught in Ho Chi Minh City on September 21, and in Hanoi on September 28.
