Lee and attorney-at-law Huong Thi Thanh Nguyen have coauthored the Vietnam chapter of How to Hire and Fire (3rd Edition), published by Multilaw. The chapter covers topics such as requirements for hiring agreements, changing employment contracts, accidents at work, maternity and disability leave, unions, dismissal, resignation, severance pay, and more.
