Thomas Treutler to Speak at U.S. Embassy on “The American Way of Doing Business”

Thomas J. Treutler, partner and managing director of the Tilleke & Gibbins Vietnam offices, will speak on “IPR – The Hidden Value of a Business” at a June 15 seminar organized by the U.S. Embassy in Hanoi. The intellectual property-themed seminar, to be held at the U.S. Embassy’s American Center, is part of an ongoing discussion series called “The American Way of Doing Business.”

Aimed at facilitating Vietnam’s economic development and global integration, the “American Way” seminars bring together participants from the Vietnam business community and experts from abroad to exchange experience and ideas and learn about best practices in business. Past topics have included marketing, entrepreneurship, and corporate social responsibility.

Also speaking at the seminar will be U.S. Embassy Economic Officer Jack Lambert and Darryn Lim, Director of Trade and Innovation Policy for Microsoft Asia Pacific.
