The Managing Intellectual Property IP Handbook 2011, published recently by the Legal Media Group, contains an editorial praising the Tilleke & Gibbins IP practice. Building on the results of Managing IP’s annual World IP Survey, the IP Handbook 2011 provides an in-depth commentary on all ranked firms.

The editorial notes that Tilleke & Gibbins “continues to be the only firm in Thailand with a Tier one ranking across the board” in contentious and noncontentious matters for both patents and trademarks. Recognizing Darani Vachanavuttivong, Co-Managing Partner and Managing Director of the IP group, a client in the global food and beverages industry said, “We have the direct involvement of a partner in the firm dedicated to our account with whom we have worked with consistently for many years.”

A pharmaceutical client told the publication, “They have been excellent.
